BOX AI Vector Embeddings

In this brief from Box, the brand expressed their need to explain how vector embedding powers their secure AI offering. After thorough research and collaborating closely with the product team to fully understand the process, I began by presenting moodboards that highlighted the key elements I believed were essential to visually convey.

From there, I moved on to creating styleframes that demonstrated how the Box brand would be integrated into the visual representation of these complex topics. Once we had alignment, we progressed to storyboarding. Finally, with the clients and product team confident in the direction, we moved forward to animation.

The final video effectively distilled Box’s core messages through carefully crafted visuals that complemented the script and helped audiences grasp the intricate subject matter. Additionally, the video was repurposed into specific segments, allowing for quick references and use in promotional materials.
